ISO/DaKKS Certificated German Made Test Blocks
VICKERS HARDNESS REFERENCE BLOCKS
Hardness test blocks serve both for indirect testing and calibration of hardness testing machines, especially for daily verification of the hardness testing machines and thus they are indispensable for quality assurance in hardness testing to secure the correct tests. Our Vickers hardness reference blocks are available in the following sizes:
Vickers:30x30x6mm (Micro), 60x60x16mm (Macro)
Upon request you will get our hardness reference blocks with laser grid for better coordination of your test indentations and to comply with the distances according to standard. (Grid is only available for macro hardness test blocks) Hardness reference blocks are used for transmission of the hardness scales and for review of the total error of hardness testers. Hardness reference blocks are made of selected steels with high homogeneity and purity. Along with a special heat treatment a high long-term structural stability which is a prerequisite for high-quality hardness reference blocks is obtained.
Calibration: All hardness reference blocks are calibrated by a calibration laboratory according to DIN EN ISO 6507-3 or ASTM E92 and receive a DAkkS calibration certificate.

Rockwell: 60x60x16mm

CASE HARDENING DEPTH (CHD) TESTING
XY-stage with one Slyvac digital micrometer and software module for EHT-CHD testing are optionally available for all DUROLINE M, LV and V Series. Possibility to direct reading of Slyvac micrometer signals by N-Sure software and generate case hardening depth graph.
