METACUT 302 is a table top high quality cutting machine suitable for Ø300 and Ø250 mm cut-off wheels. It has the capacity to cut solid sections up to 115 mm in diameter. Spacious cutting chamber and extra-large cutting table enables easy clamping of the specimens to be cut.

HIGH CAPACITY AT A COMPACT SIZE
Small enough for laboratory, large enough to clamp and cut big samples. It can be used both as bench-top and with floor cabinet. Ability to work with up to Ø300 mm cut-off wheels. Large cutting capacity up to Ø115 mm for cylindirical specimens. New design sloping base of the cutting chamber provides easy flowing of the cutting fluid back to the recirculating unit, preventing the accumulation of the cooling fluid.
POWERFUL CUTTING MOTOR!
It is very easy to cut hard and large specimens for METACUT 302 thanks to powerful 4 kW cutting motor. Overload protection systems allows maximum durability and safety.
SIMPLE OPERATION
It is very easy to operate METACUT 302. START, STOP, Pump and Lamp touchpad buttons are mounted on the front panel. A manually controlled cutting lever allows very fast and simple operation. It is ergonimicaly placed at the right side of equipment, which provides cutting operation with minimum effort.
SAFE, ROBUST AND RELIABLE
Large robust cast alloy base allows vibration-free cutting operation and high quality cutting results. All mechanical and electronic components are ready for the heavy-duty applications with the robust construction. The interlocking safety device does not allow the motor to be started unless the hood is closed. The hood can not be opened before the motor is stopped.
EFFICIENT SAMPLE COOLING AND FILTRATION
Two cooling nozzles are positioned both right and left sides of cut-off wheel. Position of nozzles can easily be adjusted according to sample. Powerful pumps provides very high flowrate of cooling liquid. Thus, no burns occur on the specimen surface. Recirculating coolant tank has 60 lt capacity and it can be placed inside the cabinet of METACUT 302. Filtration section of coolant tank cleans the cooling fluid perfectly. Optional magnetic collector rod collect all magnetic particles inside the cooling liquid.
MAGNETIC COLLECTOR ROD SET
A magnetic collector rod set is optionally available for recirculation cooling tank. It can be connected on top of the lid of the cooling tank. It collects all magnetic particles inside the cooling liquid. To pick and dispose magnetic particles on the rod, just pull magnetic part of the rod. All magnetic particles will fall.
