The FORCIPOL Series grinding and polishing machines offer practical and economical solutions to your metallographic sample preparation needs. FORCIPOL instruments have capability of modular configuration for manual, semi-automatic and programmable automatic operation.

FORCIPOL instruments are designed to modular configuration for manual, semi-automatic and programmable automatic equipment.
- FORCIPOL Control Unit can be fitted on the FORCIPOL grinder / polisher.
- FORCIMAT automatic heads can be installed for automatic operation at any time.
- Optional DOSIMAT peristaltic fluid dispensers are available to increase automation capability.
- FORCIPOL 202 is suitable with Ø200, Ø250 and Ø300 mm wheels.
- The state of the art frequency converter allows smooth speed variation (50-600 rpm) of the grinding wheel with soft start and soft stop.

THE MOST VERSATILE CONFIGURATION POSSIBILITY!
- Both single (FORCIPOL 102) and dual wheel (FORCIPOL 202) grinding / polishing units are suitable for Ø200, Ø250 and Ø300 mm wheels.
- Manual, semi-automatic or programmable automatic configuration possibility for both single and dual wheel grinder / polisher.
- Optional dosing units available with 1 or 6 bottles for both automatic heads for maximum automation.
- The FORCIPOL Series can be upgraded afterwards with a FORCIMAT Automatic Head and DOSIMAT Dosing Units.

- Optional grinding depth measurement system allows you to precisely measure and control the amount of material removed (FORCIMAT 102)
DOSING UNITS
- Three different Peristaltic Fluid Dispensers are available for automatic heads:
- DOSIMAT 12 (with 1 bottle)
- DOSIMAT 52 (with 6 bottles)
- DOSIMAT 102 (with 6 bottles and programmable from LCD screen of FORCIMAT 102)
- Automatic pre-dosing function lubricates the polishing cloth before operation (DOSIMAT 102)

SUITABLE FOR Ø200/Ø250/Ø300 MM WHEELS
FORCIPOL 202 can accommodate both Ø200, Ø250 and Ø300 mm working wheels. It is very easy to work different diameter of discs on the same equipment.
MODULAR CONFIGURATION
Possible to make manual, semi-automatic or programmable automatic configurations. If necessary, the configuration of FORCIPOL 202 can be changed and upgraded easily in the future.
POWERFUL BASE MOTOR
FORCIPOL 202 is equipped with a high torque 0.75 kW motor, which overcomes even the largest specimens. It has adjustable wheel speed from 50 RPM to 600 RPM with soft start/stop function for superior specimen surfaces. Automatic head can work on both wheels.
HEAVY ROBUST CONSTRUCTION TO ELIMINATE VIBRATIONS
FORCIPOL 202 has heavy and strong cast aluminum base to eliminate vibration. The ball bearings for working wheel can withstand very high pressures and heavy loads to prepare large specimens. It has very long life and reliable mechanical and electronic construction to serve you for years.
AUTOMATIC DISC CLEANING AND DRYING FEATURE
Function can be activated with a single button to obtain perfectly cleaned and dried disc surfaces in seconds. The bowl cleaning nozzles remove dirts during grinding/polishing operation.
SMART WATER SAVING FEATURE
If cooling water left opened by operator due to any reason, the Smart Water Saving feature is activated automatically and closes the water. This allows tons of water saving over the years.
